Salt Lake has been crazy windy, but today I escaped to the still, blue skies of Park City, for a gorgeous day of skiing at Deer Valley. There’s nothing like starting a day with hot oatmeal, skiing till your legs turn to jello, and rewarding yourself with a bowl of DV’s famous turkey chili.
