My mother and her friends are incredible hostesses. I love attending the showers, luncheons, and parties they throw. This particular luncheon included a lovebird tree and heart cookie party favors, heart-shaped butter sprinkled with lavender salt to accompany apricot scones, delectable salads, and lemon curd and merengue, among other goodies.
