Tonight our book club consisted of my favorite chocolate chip cookies, apples and djetost (a fabulously rich sweet cheese), raspberry cupcakes (unpictured, which is a shame since they were as beautiful as they were delicious), and a handful of great girls discussing books, our lives, theories, and the future. It was a fantastic way to spend a summer evening, combining food, friends, and lively conversation.
